Services
We deliver programming consulting focused on microservices architecture through two formats: scoped project engagements and shorter advisory sessions. Both are defined in writing before work begins; this page describes what each format covers—not fixed prices.
Scoped project engagements
A scoped engagement targets a bounded architecture outcome, such as:
- Service boundary proposal for a monolith module you plan to extract within two quarters
- Contract and versioning plan for a public HTTP API shared by multiple consumers
- Observability gap review across existing deployables (health checks, traces, structured logs)
- Migration sequencing for a shared database that blocks independent releases
Deliverables typically include workshop notes, a written architecture brief, and annotated diagrams tied to your repositories—not generic templates.
Advisory sessions
Advisory sessions suit leaders who need a focused hour or half-day on a specific microservices decision: choosing between orchestration and choreography, reviewing an event schema, or sanity-checking a cut list before sprint planning.
Sessions are remote or on-site in the Chonburi area when scheduling allows. They do not include open-ended implementation labor unless added to the scope.
What we do not offer
- Turnkey software product subscriptions or per-seat licenses
- Unlimited on-call production support without a separate operations agreement
- Guarantees about revenue, uptime, or delivery dates—those depend on your teams and vendors
